brag all you want!

If you have a wonderful man or woman, who helps balance your world. Who isn't perfect, but is perfect for you. Who works hard and would do anything for you. Who makes you laugh and drives you crazy! Who you want to grow old with, and is your best friend. Who you are thankful for everyday, and who you could not live without. Then brag on him/her a little and re-post this as your status.

Interesting statement here I found in a friends facebook status...I think I like it but not enough to make it my facebook status. That might not be taken the way its meant and get me in trouble with him! He does drive me crazy and is perfect for me but I am not getting any older after 30...LOL! Wouldn't that be nice!? I thought this was a very nice post. I am not one to brag, especially when I technically have nothing official to brag about. Maybe one day...

Its been a while

So I know its been a while but I have been busy! I started journaling more and that just wasn't hitting the spot...like blogspot! HAHAHA! Anyway, I have a question. I wrote a blog post to someone and I know they will probably never read my blog but I am scared to post it. Its not bad. Actually I think it is beautiful. My first question is should I post it? I'd hate to write something so wonderful and heartfelt and no one ever see it. My second question is how do I get my posts to stop automatically posting to my facebook? HELP! Another post will come later today...if I figure out this facebook thing!

Dear John

Dear John,
I want to start off by saying that you will be missed. I want to tell you that 19 years wasn't long enough but that's just selfish. You are with the Lord and that's a much better place than this Earth. Unfortunately, we don't share many memories; just a couple of conversations about our kids and life. I wish you could have gotten out to see Chicago. You are right! It is a beautiful city. Christian and I were looking forward to showing you what we know about it. He was just telling me that when you and G came here he wanted to take you to see Navy Pier and the Shedd aquarium. Those are his favorite things about Chicago.
Children are so funny! Every time we talked about you, it turned into a conversation about football! It will always be that way. Before I could tell Christian you were gone, he asked if you were coming to see him. He was so excited to think that all of his uncle's were going to come to his football game. I think he was a bit heart broken when I told him you were with God now but we I explained how wonderful a place heaven is, he was OK with it. I could see the relief in his eyes to know that you were with God, free of suffering and pain that we all experience here on Earth. I feel the same way. It warms my heart to know that we will meet one day and that is what I will hold onto.
Love always your big sister,
Joselyn
